Smoked Trout with Horseradish on Pumpernickel
Tear smoked trout fillets into pieces just smaller than squares of pumpernickel bread. Mix some horseradish with creme fraiche and pile a generous amount onto each piece of bread. Add the trout and finish with another dollop of horseradish creme fraiche. Garnish with some fresh chopped chives.
Delicious and Easy Salmon Pasta
Gently fry some shallots and smoked bacon. When cooked through, add some double cream and flakes of Manuka Smoked Salmon and gently warm. Pour the whole mixture over a bowl of pasta and sprinkle with parmesan and chopped parsley.
Hot Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs
A great alternative to the traditional brunch - when the egss are nearly ready, fold salmon flakes into the mix to warm gently or heat separately and serve on the side. As a finishing touch, sprinkle with chives.
