MANUKA SALMON
Salmon from the cold clear waters of The Shetland Islands is filleted, cured, then portioned, before being roasted in the smoke from genuine Manuka sawdust. The result is an easily served, moist, smokey portion of medium rare salmon.
Eat cold with salad, or warm with wilted greens and mashed potatoes with a little creamed horseradish.

MANUKA SALMON SIDE
A side of our delicious Manuka Salmon, which is prime salmon from The Shetland Islands, cured with salt and molasses, and then gently cooked and smoked using our Manuka woodchips.
Please note that this product is not suitable for thin slicing. We suggest that, to serve, you flake off about 170 grams per head and serve with new potatoes and wilted greens. This will provide an attractive and tasty dish.
