A side of our delicious Manuka Salmon, which is prime salmon from The Shetland Islands, cured with salt and molasses, and then gently cooked and smoked using our Manuka woodchips.
Please note that this product is not suitable for thin slicing. We suggest that, to serve, you flake off about 170 grams per head and serve with new potatoes and wilted greens. This will provide an attractive and tasty dish.
